4. Price, Payment, and Service Provision
4.1 Prices may have increased from that posted on our Website. We will not provide the Services until you confirm the new price.
4.2 You agree to pay the monthly charge for the Services via PayPal or credit card.
4.3 Payments are billed in advance on the same day as your initial order each month.
4.4 Our Services may be provided by email/made available for download/in the way explained on our Website.
4.5 If we cannot provide your Services within 10 days of the order date, we will notify you by email of the likely provision date.
4.6 You may cancel the Services at any time with 30 clear days' notice, provided you have watched under 15% of course contents.

4.8 If we change the Services, you may terminate this contract.
4.9 If a change requires action on your part and you do not take that action, we may terminate the Services without notice.
4.10 You may not share or allow others to use the Services in your name.
4.11 Lifetime access to purchased course materials is provided, with ongoing support including private community access for 12 months.
4.12 We will do our best to maintain Our Website but interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
5. Our Action-Based Guarantee
5.1 We guarantee that you will sign at least 5 agency clients within 90 days of starting outreach with iiMaven under the stipulated conditions.
5.2 Participation requirements: Attend at least one live Q&A session per week, all 8 scheduled coaching calls, and provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations/rescheduling.
5.3 Outreach requirements: Engage with a minimum of 20 new leads daily, five days per week, using cold calling, email, and direct messages.
5.4 Record-keeping: Maintain a daily record of sales outreach activities for three months.
5.5 If you do not sign 5 clients, submit screen recordings of outreach activities for validation.
5.6 Refunds: If no clients are signed, a 100% refund of the enrolment price is provided. Partial refunds are available based on the number of clients signed.
5.7 Opting for a refund terminates access to the program and community.
5.8 By becoming a member, you agree to these terms and conditions.
6. Cancellation of Order & Refunds
6.1 We offer a 14-day money-back policy from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Refunds are available to those who have watched under 15% of the course.
6.2 This does not affect your rights if you have a genuine and valid complaint about our Services.
7. Foreign Taxes, Duties and Import Restrictions
7.1 We have no responsibility for the laws in your country.
7.2 You are responsible for purchasing Services lawfully and for paying any import duties and taxes.
